Choose a chauffeur vehicle by passengers and bags together. Seat count alone does not tell you whether the journey will be comfortable.
Count luggage properly
Give the number of large cases, cabin bags, pushchairs and unusual items. Dimensions help more than saying standard suitcase. A party with two passengers and several large cases may need more luggage room than a larger group travelling light.
Ask about the actual configuration
An MPV may have flexible seating or luxury individual seats. The available luggage area depends on the layout. A vehicle advertised with a maximum seating capacity may not accommodate that many passengers plus all their large cases.
Remember access and comfort
Discuss child seats, step-in height and mobility requirements. Ask for confirmation of equipment rather than assuming it is included. Choose a larger vehicle when the operator recommends it for safe luggage storage; do not plan to carry heavy bags loose in the passenger area.
