Before arranging a private flight transfer, connect the aircraft movement, handling agent and onward road itinerary.
What to send before the flight
Supply the airport, handler or FBO, flight or aircraft reference, arrival window, passenger lead and final destination. Include luggage and any onward stops. A generic airport address may send a chauffeur to the wrong facility.
What to confirm with the handler
Establish the passenger handover point and whether any vehicle access permission is required. Aircraft-side collection is not automatic. The aviation team should confirm local access and security arrangements.
What to do when plans move
Nominate someone authorised to agree additional waiting or a revised itinerary. Confirm how the driver receives updates. If the aircraft arrives earlier, availability still needs to be coordinated; flight monitoring is not a guarantee of unlimited flexibility.
