Included waiting time is only useful when you know when it starts, what happens next and how to authorise a longer wait.
Find the starting point
A waiting allowance might be measured from landing, an adjusted collection time or another agreed point. Ask the provider to state this clearly. Flight tracking and passenger waiting are related but not identical: a delayed flight is different from a long delay after arrival.
Ask about the next charge
Confirm the rate after the allowance, whether it is billed per minute or in blocks, and whether parking is separate. Ask who can approve additional waiting. Policies vary, so use the terms attached to your own booking.
Keep contact details usable
Share a phone number that works after landing and tell the provider if you expect delays at immigration or baggage reclaim. If there is a maximum wait without approval, agree how to extend it before that point. Save the booking contact details offline.
