Plan event transport around the venue’s access rules, agreed collection point and a realistic return journey.
An event entrance is not always a pickup point
Large events often use managed traffic routes or remote collection areas. Share the venue’s current transport instructions with your provider. Identify an accessible meeting point before the event rather than trying to agree one while roads are crowded.
Plan the return as carefully as the arrival
A fixed return collection works best when the finish time is predictable. If you may leave early or stay longer, discuss retained hire or a flexible return arrangement. Confirm the driver’s contact process and the charge if the agreed departure is delayed.
Keep the whole party together
For groups, nominate a lead passenger, count bags and agree whether everyone returns to the same address. Multiple drop-offs and late-night extensions should be included in the quote. Vehicle capacity must be confirmed for the actual seating configuration.
