Coordinate private-aviation ground travel using the handling agent, aircraft movement and confirmed passenger handover point.
Start with the handling agent
A private flight may use a dedicated handling facility rather than the commercial passenger terminal. Supply the airport, FBO or handler, aircraft reference when available, arrival window and flight-team contact. The ground transfer should be coordinated against that handover plan.
Agree access before arrival
Do not assume a chauffeur can meet beside the aircraft. Airside access depends on permission and local arrangements. Confirm the permitted meeting point with the handler and tell the provider how passengers and baggage will reach the car.
Plan changes and onward movements
Private flight schedules can move. Nominate someone who can approve extra waiting, revised collection times and additional stops. If passengers need a car between meetings after landing, request retained hourly hire rather than assuming the airport transfer includes the rest of the day.
